This person will deal with the administrative aspects of the office ie: greeting customers, answering phones, taking payments, assisting with billing inquiries, updating customer information, assisting with records requests, and providing customers with information regarding how to report an accident or file a claim. Here at North Miami Insurance we also provide the opportunity for our seasoned customer service representatives to become a licensed agent and earn commissions on every policy sold! The role of the customer service representative/front desk administrator is to deal with incoming customer inquiries and assist the sales force with daily sales administration activities and general operations to help reach the team's objective. We believe strongly in work life balance and as such offer a comfortable 8:30am to 5:00pm with weekends off schedule. We also provide training materials and additional resources for the continued development of our customer service representatives. North Miami Insurance provides its entry-level customer service associates with two weeks of paid training to ensure you'll learn the skills you need to succeed.
